This is yet another book by my favorite author on the subject. It's a very engaging read, filled with information on herbal healing and therapies. Of course, the images are seductive as only relaxation in paradise can be. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves travel, wellness and a bit of escapism.

More than a coffee table book

Picked this up at an airport bookstore. Loved the great photos of exotic destinations around Thailand. Also well researched and beautifully written. Interesting insight into Thai traditional healing practices and herbal medicine. Made me want to pack my bags and head for a health holiday. Will be my stocking stuffer for Xmas
